Membership requirements: Anyone who is at least 16 years old and is a property owner in the neighborhood as well as any resident in the neighborhood can become a member. Membership dues are used for neighborhood expenses; beautification efforts, such as the annual tree planting; identification needs, such as the neighborhood Fletcher Place signs; and fun social events, such as the picnic.
